Brightness of Hope release event
Join us at Dice Addiction on Monday, October 19, 2026 for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World FB11 Brightness of Hope sealed release event. Entry is $30 and includes four FB11 booster packs to build your deck. Deck construction starts at 7 PM.
Check-in and sealed format
Event-day check-in opens at 10 AM and closes at 6:55 PM. A Bandai TCG+ account is required. Bring your government ID and have your account ready when you check in.
We’re playing Sealed with Swiss pairings. At 7 PM, each player opens four FB11 booster packs and builds a 30-card deck from the Battle and Extra cards in those packs. Choose one leader from the official Fusion World card database. No starter deck or prebuilt deck is required.
Our deckbuilding period is 30 minutes. Swiss rounds will begin at approximately 7:30 PM, after deck construction.
Mixed-color decks are allowed. Your leader counts as all names, traits and colors for skill conditions, and cards can be used as energy regardless of color. There is no copy limit for cards with the same card number; the maximum of four Super Combo cards still applies.
Use only the Battle and Extra cards opened in your four event packs, and keep your deck unchanged throughout the tournament. Bring matching sleeves and an energy marker. If you don’t own your chosen leader, the official rules allow a substitute, including displaying it on a smartphone.
Participation and prizes
In addition to the four booster packs used for deck construction, every player receives one Release Event Pack and two promo cards. First place receives the alternate art FP-095 Shallot winner promo.
Every player receives one additional FB11 booster pack as a participation prize. Each entry also adds one FB11 booster pack to the prize pool for the event’s top winners. Both are separate from the four packs used to build your deck.
