Important Update Regarding Saturday’s Magic: The Gathering Prerelease

Howdy everyone,

We want to be upfront about a problem we ran into for this weekend's Magic Pre-release. We were supposed to receive three kits for the event, but we only received two due to a miscommunication with our distributor. Despite reaching out to them on Friday to try and resolve it, they couldn’t locate a replacement kit in time or get it to us overnight.

That left us with only 30 pre-release kits for three separate events. Unfortunately, that means we have to cancel the 6:00 PM Saturday event.

We’ll be issuing full refunds to anyone who preregistered for that time slot. If we do get a replacement kit later on, we’ll run a make-up event, and those who were refunded will get first dibs at signing up for that.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We love this community and hate having to make changes like this at the last minute, but we want to make sure everyone who does play still gets a quality experience.
