Howdy, Pirates! We have a few updates for you: PLAYER PREORDER PROGRAM: As you may or may not know, we here at Dice Addiction have been working on a Preorder Program for our One Piece players. This program has been implemented not only to help our players receive their product more easily, but also to help all of us receive more product in general. You may or may not have heard of the term "Allocations" being thrown around in discussions regarding Product availability- here's what that entails. Stores receive a certain amount of sealed product based on average player count, player consistency, and the type of events run. That means, generally, the more people show up to play, the more product we will receive. The typical turnover time between ordering a set and receiving it is around 8 months- we ordered EB03 eight months ago, and only recently were we told the final numbers and allocation. A store could order 1000 boxes of product, and be told months later that they will only be allocated 100. For this reason, our preorder program revolves heavily around attendance. Due to products being tied to store attendance and the amount of time between orders and releases, we will not see the positive ramifications of this program for another few months. If you can make it to 8 events within the two months before a set drops, you will be qualified to preorder a box of the upcoming set from us! For example, since EB03 comes out in February, we will be looking at numbers from December and January. We host 3 events for One Piece every week- Sunday @3PM, Tuesday @7PM, and Friday @7PM. If you attend one of the three events per week, every week, you would qualify for a box with ease. With the flexibility of three different days and being able to show up multiple times a week, we have concluded that this amount of attendance is a non-issue to players.
EB03 AVAILABILITY: We will have extremely limited availability for the upcoming EB03 release on Friday. Due to this limited availability, we will be selling this set only by the pack, at 4 packs per person. All of our boxes will have the packs shuffled, so everyone has a fair chance at receiving hits and fun cards. The only boxes we will distribute will be for our preorder program. If you have preordered a box of EB03, feel free to stop by anytime to pick it up!
OP RED BULL DON!!: We have been notified that we will not be allowed to offer additional free prize support for the event, so the extra boxes that were to be given to First place and top-16 can not be distributed.
